What we collect

When you request pilot access, we collect your name, work email, restaurant name, current POS system, location range, submission timestamps, and any campaign or referring-site labels attached to your visit. We may temporarily process basic request metadata to secure the form and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use these details to evaluate whether the founding pilot fits your restaurant, respond to your request, understand which outreach brings restaurants to ProntoEats, and protect the site. We do not sell your personal information or use this form to enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Where it is processed

ProntoEats and service providers that host and operate this site may process the information. We share only what is needed to run the site, maintain security, and respond to your request, or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep pilot-request information only while it is reasonably needed to evaluate and follow up on the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submission, subject to applicable law.

Business profiles and phone setup

In the business portal, owners may save a legal and trading name, business type, website, US business address, and an authorized representative's name, work email, phone number, and job title. These details are used for business onboarding and phone setup. Owners of the selected business can view and edit its profile; ordinary team members cannot.

Profiles and number-request copies are encrypted on the server. Saving does not submit information to Twilio. A new number request asks for explicit permission to use the saved profile and provide relevant details to Twilio when that integration is enabled. It keeps a copy of the agreed profile version. Additional required information or terms must be reviewed before provider submission. This form does not collect SSNs, dates of birth, tax IDs, or identity documents.

You can edit the current profile without changing earlier request copies. To remove saved profile details and cancelled-request copies, cancel pending number requests first, then choose Remove saved profile in Your account. Non-content consent and audit records remain. Encrypted backups may retain copies; removing data here does not erase backups or any records held by a provider. The call-detail retention setting does not automatically remove business profiles.
